We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as sent.
What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
If your item arrives damaged, please email us at support@lumiluxlimited.com within 24 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll cover the return shipping and send you a replacement at no extra charge.
When will I get my refund?
Your refund will be processed and sent to your payment method within 10 business days after accepting the return.
Do you charge any restocking fee?
No, we don't charge any restocking fee on our products.
Exchange & Cancellation
