Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Complete with all accessories and manuals

Non-returnable items:

For hygiene reasons, skincare-contact devices that show signs of use cannot be returned. Items damaged through customer handling may not qualify for a refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days
  • Bank or card provider timelines may vary

Partial refunds may apply for items that are damaged, incomplete, or returned after 30 days.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they arrive defective, damaged, or malfunctioning.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
If the order has already shipped, please follow the return process after delivery.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
  • Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 48 hours with:

  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
